Preparing for your appointment:
Three forms are required to check your pet in for their appointment. These forms are emailed when you book an appointment. You may also print and fill them out at home and bring them to your appointment.
Please withold food from your pet starting at midnight the night before surgery. Your pet may have water.
If your pet is a cat, please arrive between 7:00am and 7:15am on the day of your cat’s appointment.
If your pet is a dog, please arrive between 7:15am and 7:30am on the day of your dog’s appointment.
Please do not bring your pet into the lobby unless you have completed all three forms.
All large dogs must be on a leash.
All cats must be in SEPARATE carriers. If multiple cats are brought in a single carrier, we will provide additional cardboard carriers at a cost of $20 per carrier. Cats can become confused and reactive when recovering from anesthesia, and can harm other cats that are in the same carrier.
All cats must be in FUNCTIONAL carriers. If a cat is brought in a container that is not a cat carrier (such as a laundry basket, or plastic tub with holes in it), we will provide a cardboard carrier at a cost of $20. Cats can easily escape these containers.
Pick up is at 3:00pm. We may call you if your pet is fully recovered prior to 3:00pm.
